After a successful proposal mataroa is now re-licensed to GNU Affero General Public License version 3 only.
This means we are now locked as a community project forever. This is partly in response to license changes by project such as redis.
But also, this is a long-term vision of the mataroa project. It's been 4 years since we launched and it looks like there is more space for interesting things we can do. Let us do them in a way that will benefit everyone.
